What an account does before you pay
- Create an account and confirm your address
- Sign in, and recover your password
- Look at the plans and manage billing
- Change account settings
- Export anything you have already recorded, including after cancelling
Recording properties, tenants, rent, expenses or maintenance needs a paid plan. Cancelling never deletes what you recorded, and you can always export it.
What this does not do
Said here rather than discovered later.
- Lease generation. Drafting a lease is restricted and is not sold on any plan.
- Tenant screening, credit and background checks. Not available.
- Online rent collection. No money moves through this product.
- Electronic signatures. Not available.
- Legal or tax advice. The product records what you tell it and reports it back.
Specified, not yet built
- Team access. Additional users in one workspace cannot be invited yet; members can be listed but not added. Not sold on any plan.
- Multiple owners in one workspace. Owner records can be listed but not created yet.
- Portfolio-wide consolidated reporting across properties.
- Off-host backups.
